Please enter the name and email address of the person paying for the registration(s), regardless of who is being registered. The registration receipt will be sent to this email.

Instructions

  • Register Another Guest — Clears the registation form (if needed) so you can start a new registration.
  • Remove — Removes a registration from your cart.
  • Edit — Allows you to go back and change/correct information for any registration before you pay for and complete the registration.
  • Re-use — Populates the Registration Form with most of the info from a registration so you can re-use it for another member of your family.
  • Pay Now — Allows you to pay for all of the registations at once. When successful payment is made, your registration is complete.
  • Close Cart — Closing your cart will save any registrations already in your cart, and start a new, empty cart. You can retrieve any existing open cart later by Clicking Retrieve in the menubar above.

Service Opportunities and Needs

I am willing to serve as a small group leader.

I am willing to serve as a prayer minister during the worship service.

Do you have any dietary needs/restrictions or physical needs/limitations?

Golf Carts are available for those needing mobility assistance. Will you require this service? The lutheridge Campus has about 140ft of elevation change between the main buildings we will be using, and the Lakeside and Wilderness Cabins.

I am willing to serve as a Parking Lot Volunteer, and will arrive by 2pm on Feb 7th.


Lodging Options

Accommodations are in multi-occupancy rooms, with a minimum of two beds per room. Lodging Rooms are equipped with two beds. Bunk Rooms contain two bunk beds with standard single-size mattresses. Camper Cabins have nine beds per cabin, all arranged as bunk beds.

Lodges and Upper Cabins

All Lodges are near Faith Center: Thornburn, Khonjoy, Bacot, including the brand-new Upper Cabins. Lodge rooms accomodate one or two beds each.

Lakeside Cabin

- Lakeside Cabins are near the lake – a downhill walk 0.4mi, 140ft down.
- Parking is near the cabins.
- There will be golf cart service available.
- Lakeside Cabins have two (2) bunkbeds per room (4 Beds).
- One set of bunks in each room has one double bed on the bottom.
- Pillow, towels, bedding, sheets are provided.
- Bring your own toiletries.

Camper Cabin

- Camper Cabins are rustic, single room cabins with climate control.
- Camper Cabins are a downhill walk 0.4mi 120ft down.
- Parking is near the cabins.
- There will be golf cart service available.
- They have four (4) bunkbeds per room (9 Beds).
- Bring your own pillow, towels, sheets, toiletries, etc.
